Finding a Balance in Our Emotional Intelligence
Extreme, out of control emotions lead to violent, destructive behaviors. The best way to avoid these extremes is to learn to express our feelings before they build up inside. We need to develop the habit of expressing our selves daily. We can use the structures of music, art, and language in pro-social ways to
